DESCRIPTION
The curved FORMA features a one-piece formed acrylic diffuser and is offered in three sizes. While most commonly used in vanity applications, this fixture is ADA compliant and can also be mounted vertically as a corridor sconce. Standard in nickel tone but available in most Brownlee paint finishes.
