DESIGN:

Velia is a tubular luminaire, available in three lengths of 20", 40" and 60” that can be arranged into countless configurations, ranging from vertical clusters to single linear pendants. Its dual layer of optical film diffusion creates a soft glow with profound depth, emulating the richness of solid glass. Velia’s unique flat cable was meticulously designed to blend seamlessly with the rest of the fixture. It ensures each tube maintains a sleek and continuous look.

INSTALLATION:

Various suspension systems are offered, allowing Velia the flexibility to adapt to each space. Three different canopies are available with numerous pre-defined configurations. Multiple tubes can also be connected in a single drop. Its distinctive flat cable can be easily adjusted on site with the help of a custom 3D printed stripping and straightening tool. The magnetic floor anchor mounting option assures stability and creates a unique visual division in a space.

LIGHT SOURCE:

A flexible linear LED board with high efficiency creates a uniformly lit tube. Velia’s single configurations are available in regular (LED) and high (LED.HO) output, while its cluster configurations are available in low (LED.LO) and regular (LED) output. Many control options available.

CONSTRUCTION:

Each tube has a slim profile that measures 2.45" in diameter. The two layers of film diffuser are circularly stacked between a steel back frame and two aluminum end caps. The flat cable is firmly held in place between the curved brackets which also help to correctly balance each tube.

DIFFUSER:

Velia's inner layer of diffusion consists of a thin sheet of PET film that can be customized to add color in each tube. Offered in 9 colors and gradient finishes. The outer layer of diffusion in polycarbonate film adds depth and texture. Offered in 3 textured finishes.
