This 33-story historic office tower, located in the heart of New Orleans, was converted into a Four Seasons Luxury Hotel and Residences. With 320 guest rooms, two signature restaurants, a full-service spa, and an outdoor pool deck and bar, the hotel provides a variety of amenities for visitors. Additionally, the outdoor event space and garden, along with a rooftop attraction that provides breathtaking views of the city, offer guests a unique and unforgettable stay. Warm ambient light draws guests into the lobby and towards the first floor signature bar. A custom chandelier creates a visually stunning centerpiece, surrounded by layers of light that provide intimacy and privacy in seating areas. Uplights mounted in palm planters create palm leaf patterns on the ceiling, while custom alabaster floor lamps highlight screen elements that mimic New Orleans shutters. Themes were carried throughout the guestrooms and public spaces, ensuring a consistent look and feel complements the aesthetic and ambiance, and adds to the luxurious experience guests expect from Four Seasons.
