PROJECT DETAILS
One of the most captivating places in Chicago, renowned worldwide, is the path along the namesake river that crosses the city, flanked by stunning skyscrapers. This magical spot, also called The Walk, allows visitors to stroll along the river, immersing themselves in the city’s architecture and the natural beauty of the water. Among the most recognizable sites along the West Branch of the Chicago River are 10 & 120 South Riverside Plaza, a historic complex designed by the firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill between 1965 and 1967, now part of Chicago’s most sought-after submarket, the West Loop. The structure, with its elegant lines and landscaped plaza, represents a harmonious fusion of past and present, maintaining its appeal to the city’s top business firms. Nebula was selected to furnish the space overlooking the river, seamlessly integrating with the verticality of the surrounding buildings and creating a unique architectural and visual harmony.
