PROJECT DETAILS
We collaborated with Robert A.M. Stern Architects to produce several custom statement fixture types for this 23-story, 32-unit limestone residential tower. 561 Avenida Pezet is RAMSA’s second completed project in Lima, Peru, following the completion of 375 Avenida Pezet.
The multi-ring solid brass LED lobby pendant incorporates up, down, and inward directional lighting with a single cylinder downlight in the center. This design beautifully illuminates the classical yet modern domed ceiling. Unlike other multi-ring pendants we’ve produced, each ring as well as the center cylinder was mounted independently to a single large canopy with the largest of the rings totaling over 7ft in diameter.
At nearly 11ft in overall diameter, the design and size of the large single brass ring library pendant required that we fabricate it in eight sections. The unique challenge with producing a fixture this size in several sections was matching the Antique Brass Patina finish so there were no discernable differences between each section.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the architects at Robert A.M. Stern to ensure their design was met with the highest level of quality and detail.
