PROJECT DETAILS
Designed in 2001 by the British star architect and industrial designer Nicholas Grimshaw, Exhibition Hall 3 is one of the most modern and beautiful exhibition halls in Europe.
The existing lighting concept with spotlights and high-pressure discharge lamps 1,000 W (lighting by means of deflecting mirrors) was to be completely converted to efficient LED technology. By using highly efficient LED spotlights of the type SILL 14L with an extremely narrow beam angle of 7°, the total connected load could be reduced by more than 60%. Thanks to the narrow beam lenses, the adjustable deflecting mirrors are precisely hit and distribute the light very evenly over the exhibition area via the mirrors.
Thanks to the high IP65 protection rating and a permissible ambient temperature of 55°, maintenance effort is also reduced to an absolute minimum.
