PROJECT DETAILS
A prestigious development in the heart of Prague
This project provides seven floors of prestigious office space, three levels of flagship retail and two basement levels of parking at a landmark corner site on Wenceslas Square.
Sensitive design in a historic setting.
Designed and developed very carefully to respect the urban, historical and social significance of this prominent location, the 3-D facade system is a first for the Czech Republic. Chapman Taylor´s Prague studio is the lead designer on this high-profile office and retail development. The Flow Building was the first in the Czech Republic to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating, the highest BREEAM rating under the latest version of the BREEAM International New Construction scheme. The Flow Building’s architectural significance, excellent public transport connectivity, and emphasis on sustainability and wellbeing make it one of the most desirable locations in the city.
From reception, to open space, to emergency lighting. The Flow Building is visually connected by timeless luminaires.
In all office floors of the building (3rd floor to 9th floor) were used the same luminaires CARDAN Evolution and MIREL luminaires, which helps visual unification when viewed from the outside. The SLOTLIGHT INFINITY luminaire, which has been placed in several corridors, receptions and open space areas, also stands out in the common areas. The overall security of the building is taken care of by the ONLITE Central ebox central supply system. All emergency and evacuation luminaires are controlled by this system.
