A street reimagined after dark.
The Franklin Streetscape transforms a downtown Franklin corridor into a vibrant, welcoming destination through expressive, human-scaled lighting.
Custom suspended catenary lines by Atelier LP create a luminous canopy overhead using 85 Lumenbeam Direct View luminaires, introducing rhythm, colour, and a distinct visual identity that enlivens the space day and night.
Developed in close collaboration with Matt Minard, the lighting designer, the project features custom beams and a tailored catenary system designed specifically for the site. The result balances performance with creativity, offering comfortable illumination while enhancing the character of the streetscape.
