PROJECT DETAILS
The municipality of Asker has gathered the hotel services, cultural hall, café and library under one roof. The idea is to make it easier for residents to get in touch with the municipality and to make it simpler for everyone who wants to contribute to their local environment.
The signalling effect is that people can easily see the town square with a good feeling and a clear identity. The architecture invites to an experience that visually enhances and explains the building.
The connecting element across all floors is a dynamic light installation in the core of the building, consisting of vertically suspended XOOTUBE™ RGB luminaires. To highlight special events, the installation can be programmed with color and dynamics.
