A new era of luxury was created with the completion of the InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8 in October 2019. Guests enjoy uninterrupted harbour views from nautically inspired rooms and suites. Japanese gardens merge seamlessly with lively restaurants and bars, making this place an urban oasis in vibrant Yokohama.
The new cruise terminal is the core element and will be an interactive experience for the guests. The location directly on the waterfront offers a view of the incoming cruise ships, which contributes to a distinct sense of place. The luxury hotel has a total of 133 spacious rooms.
The staircase in the entrance hall captivates with its strikingly curved and accentuated illuminated staircase. Luminaires of the LED Linear™ VENUS True Color family show the way in the staircase below the curved steps and they are also located in the circular ceiling.
