Identita' Golose Milano, the world's first gastronomical hub, can be found in Via Romagnosi, 3, Milano, just a short distance from Piazza della Scala and the famous La Scala theatre, in a prestigious 19th century area that has been the home of the Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation for over 50 years.

Inspired by the success of the founders of the Congresso Internazionale di Cucina d'Autore (the International Convention of Genuine Cooks) at the Expo 2015, Identita' Golose Milano is a permanent laboratory located in the centre of Milano dedicated to fine contemporary eating and culinary experimentation.

It was conceived with the idea of hosting the most important Italian and international representatives of top quality cuisine and features a space for special events and expert cooking premieres, as well as a contemporary restaurant, designed by the architect Egidio Tordera.

Davide Groppi has provided the lighting, illuminating the spaces and embracing its tables with a touch of class that has become an ingredient unto itself.

Direct light and indirect light mix to create an authentic multi-sensory experience.
The restaurant will feature a team of experienced cooks led by distinguished Chefs Andrea Ribaldone and Alessandro Rinaldi.
