Extension of the administration building in Gießen
Successful contrast of modern objectivity and floral structures
VEREINIGTE HAGEL is the leading specialised insurer for the coverage of weather hazards in crop production and a reliable partner of the insured members for their individual risk management. The members are farmers, wine, fruit and vegetable growers all over Europe.
In designing the interior of the extension to the administration building in Gießen, special accents were set with the selective use of floral design elements. For example, the three LUCE VERDE SLIM moss wall luminaires by SATTLER convey a close relationship to nature; additionally illuminated and highlighted by an AVVENI DOWNLIGHT, the luminaires attract the attention of staff and visitors alike.
The DOPPIO ELLIPSE pendant luminaire (2750 x 1030mm) picks up on the oval shape of the spacious conference table and ensures homogeneous illumination of the table surface with its direct light emission and pleasant illumination of the ceiling with its indirect light component. Suspended with four thin steel cables, the luminaire seems to float.
