PROJECT DETAILS
One of the fastest growing real estate companies in the US, Madison Marquette is a Washington, DC-based investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use projects with multiple locations across the country. For the design of its new offices in The Wharf of Washington DC, shepherded by Perkins and Will, it sought to incorporate the same mix of hospitality and engagement spaces found in its projects.
ID+ Downlights with 2.5", 3.5", and 4.5" x 4.5" apertures are used profusely throughout the space, contributing to the bright and airy feel. Especially noteworthy is the stunning lenticular wall which serves as a primary branding element, aptly lit with 3.5" round aperture downlights. Seem 4 can be found illuminating the working, dining, and lounging spaces through a variety of recessed and suspended applications.
