PROJECT DETAILS

The OC building at NeoCity is a collaborative state of the art research and development facility dedicated to creating a hub for innovation in the region by bringing together creative thinkers, problem solvers, and new technology producers. The 100,000 square foot building was constructed to accommodate private and open-plan office spaces as well as collaboration and socialization meeting areas and dining. It also contains a preview center to host potential investors for future site projects.
