PROJECT DETAILS
Located at a prominent downtown intersection, One South Orange Avenue is a historic brick building that blends classic architecture with modern urban energy. The lighting solution was designed to highlight the building's architectural character while offering flexibility for contemporary lighting control and colour expression.
Lumenfacade luminaires were strategically positioned around the building perimeter to deliver uniform vertical illumination and emphasise the façade's strong geometry. Available in RGBW, the system allows both warm white architectural lighting and dynamic colour scenes, enabling the building to adapt to events, seasons, and special occasions.
Working within the constraints of a historic structure, limiting physical intervention was essential. Lumentalk™ technology enabled advanced RGBW control without the need for additional control wiring. By communicating over existing power lines, the solution streamlined installation, minimized disruption, and preserved the building's architectural integrity.
At night, One South Orange Avenue comes alive with a refined and adaptable lighting presence that enhances architectural details while preserving the integrity of the historic structure. The combination of discreet in-ground luminaires, RGBW flexibility, and streamlined control delivers a timeless yet future-ready lighting solution.
