PROJECT DETAILS

Zwartjes van 1183” is a 3rd generation high-end men’s shoe store based in Amsterdam. As the existing store needed a cellar, the opportunity came to re-design and expand the ground floor. The whole design was built around one central eye-catcher… a wave of leather that, as it were, engulfs the visitors. In contrast with the leather finishing all presentation tables are kept in a sober white, combined with wall shelves in black steel, making sure that the shoes can play the leading role.
