PROJECT DETAILS
Student accomodation that is fun, inspirational, and inviting
The central location of UNINEST puts you in the the midst of the Technological University Dublin, Trinity College Dublin, Royal College of Surgeons, and Dublin Business School all within minutes.
The design itself is modular and interactive, and more so very functional, promoting a sense of culture and belonging.
Within the premisses there are many localized areas with appointed light coming from so many Intra lighting luminaires: Pipes Tube, Pipes C, S, and R, Gyon, Night & Day, and 106.
There are 296 residences, and 400 bedroom units within.
The design itself is shaped in an inspirational way, fostering both collaborative work or individual areas of privacy supported with the specified choce of luminaires.
The Tannery puts you right in the heart of Dublin’s historic Liberties area, packed with culture, nightlife and shopping. Located beside its sister building, New Mill, residents can access the social spaces in both residences - twice the space to relax and study in.
