Visage O3 Plus Office in Noida is designed to be a contemporary workspace that facilitates engagement, collaboration, and employee efficacy. Cut-outs and interventions are made in the previously flat floor plates to make the interiors more dynamic. The façade is designed based on volumetric analysis – with carefully designed fins and fenestrations that block the summer sun completely and allow penetration of sunlight during winters. The interior spaces are divided as per the five divisions among the office structure and are equipped with luminaires from LED Linear™, e. g. MARS NANO. An amphitheater is designed to allow for open discussions and presentations. All furniture is custom-made and designed to resonate with the brand ethos. Acoustical treatments are done for every room and space. The ingress of daylight and natural ventilation is maximized by the dynamic façade – designed based on volumetric analysis. A biophilic design strategy enables employee well-being and health.
