PROJECT DETAILS
Waterline Square is a $2.3B luxury condominium and rental development near the Hudson River on the Upper West Side of New York City. The park, designed by Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects, surrounds three residential towers, creating a living, natural connection between the buildings—and a green oasis for residents and the public alike.
The lighting scheme by Horton Lees Brogden (HLB) Lighting Design underlines the carefully choreographed series of distinctive spaces—including interactive fountains, a lawn events area, meandering paths, a cascading water feature, and a children's playground—which make up Waterline Square Park. The luminaires—Albertslund Maxi Post and Flindt bollard—were crucial to creating a unique evening ambiance for the individual areas, helping to delineate the different zones.
